Recommendation Letters

Please adhere to the following guidelines regarding recommendation letters:

  • Ask your recommender in person if possible - preferably before they get the automated email from Common App :)
  • Provide him/her with a resume' including career and college goals.
  • Give the recommender a minimum of 2 weeks to complete your letter.
  • Say thank you and let them know if you got in or got the job, follow up is important.

If you need a letter and/or school report from your counselor please submit the following form in addition to the above first two bullets.
